Kitchen Services - Bathroom Services

Kitchen Services:

When you first decide to do your new kitchen with The Kitchen and Bathroom Warehouse, one of our design consultants can provide you with the following services.

Consultation:
We have two consultation options: you can either come into our showroom with a basic floor plan and some measurements and we can give you a detailed consultation in store (free of charge) or you can call us to make a time for one of our design consultants to go to your place, do an on-site measure and discuss your kitchen options with you, at the cost of $50/trip within Auckland.

Free 3D Kitchen Design (no obligation): Once we have a detailed floor plan and we have collected some further information from you about what you would like in your kitchen we can then put together a computerised 3D image of what your new kitchen will look like (this could take 1-3 days depending on demand). We usually email these images to you or you are welcome to come into our showroom to view them and to discuss any changes or other ideas you may have.

Free Kitchen Quotation (no obligation):
Once you are happy with the layout of your new kitchen just let us know and then we can put together a quote for you (this may take 2-3 days as we may have to fax suppliers for prices on custom made items such as benchtops etc).

Finalisation and Ordering:
Once you are happy with your kitchen design and quote then you will be ready to go ahead. At this stage, we require you to come into our showroom to finalise the plan, sign our terms and conditions of sale, and to pay a deposit of 50% (we accept cash, EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard, or cheques. Our policy states that 50% of the final balance is required when you sign the contract, a further 40% once we begin the installation (or 50% if you are installing it yourself) and the final 10% is payable upon the completion of a final inspection.

Delivery and Installation:

There are a few options for this next stage:

If you are picking up your kitchen from our showroom and if you are installing it yourself OR If you are using our delivery service and if you are installing it yourself- We require a final measurement from your installer, to double check with the approved design, before we order your kitchen. We also require the remaining final balance payment from you when you pick up your kitchen from our showroom.

If you are picking up your kitchen and you are using our installation service OR if you are using our delivery service and our installation service - We will make a time with you for our installers to

come and do a final measure on-site before we order your kitchen. Once your new kitchen is completed we will contact you to invite you to our showroom, so that you and your design consultant can go through the check list to make sure everything is there and that you are happy with the final product. At this stage we require a 40% progress payment, and then we would organise a time for our installers to go on-site to install your kitchen. Once your new kitchen installation is completed and you are satisfied, the final 10% will need to be paid.

Bathroom Services:

When you decide to renovate your bathroom with The Kitchen and Bathroom Warehouse, our consultants can provide the following services:

Consultation:
We invite you to come into our showroom where we can give you a full bathroom consultation as well as our personal recommendations about what products would be best suited to your bathroom space and what a recommended layout would be. It is always a good idea to have some measurements of your bathroom with you, so we would know the correct size of products to recommend to you.

Package Deals:
Once your consultation is complete we can work with your budget to create a taylor-made package deal to suit your needs. Our aim is to give you access to our best possible prices. Our package deals are designed to make things easier for our customers and it will generally work out cheaper to buy everything in a package deal from us rather than buying different products from different places.

Made-to-order Products:
If you require something a little bit different in your bathroom then have a talk to one of our experienced consultants about your bathroom product design options. For example, when customers choose a basin that they like in our showroom, but dose not able to find a matching vanity. We can readily solve this problem by drawing out a design upon the customers’ desire and confirming the color(s) & finish depends on the different products, a quotation will be given to the customer either on site or within the next 1 or 2 days. If the customer wishes to go ahead, then it is usually no longer than 2 weeks before their vanity is completed and ready to be picked up or delivered to their home. Please note that we require a complete payment at the time of ordering!

Delivery:
Most of our bathroom products, apart from vanities and basins, are available in a flat pack The cost of delivery is vary to different addresses, please check it with our consultant!! Pick up is recommended for Auckland area.
